Purple conducted training on a 'safe and dignified workplace' for the staff person of Nepal SBI bank. More than 500 staff attended the training in 2021/22. The purpose of the training is to create a basic outline of what workplace harassment entails, the various forms it exists in, the ways to spot them, consequences, legal provisions surrounding it and preventive measures to be taken to avoid it as much as possible.
